1.2 Qué datos recogemos
Recogemos únicamente lo que nos facilitas tú y lo que genera tu visita.
Si rellenas el formulario de contacto, la calculadora o el test de visibilidad, nos llegan tu nombre o el de tu negocio y un teléfono o un correo (con uno de los dos basta). El formulario de contacto pide además el nombre del negocio, su web si la tienes, el tipo de negocio, la respuesta a una pregunta de opción múltiple y cómo prefieres que te contactemos. La calculadora y el test añaden un resumen de tu resultado: en el test, el nombre del negocio, la zona y la puntuación; en la calculadora, el tipo de negocio, las cifras que has introducido y la estimación que sale de ellas.
Si escribes en el chat de la web, recogemos lo que envías en la conversación y la hora, un identificador de sesión al azar y la página en la que estabas. Y esto hay que decirlo claro: en ese chat te contesta un asistente de inteligencia artificial, no una persona. Si prefieres hablar con una persona, escríbenos por WhatsApp o a info@walkyatriai.com.
Al número de WhatsApp +34 692 10 84 95 te contesta una persona de WalkYatriAI. Vemos tu número de teléfono y lo que nos escribes, y los mensajes quedan en el WhatsApp de nuestro teléfono. Viajan por WhatsApp, que es un servicio de Meta, como en cualquier chat de WhatsApp. No pasan por nuestro sistema de automatización ni por ningún servicio de inteligencia artificial. Si algún día añadimos un asistente de inteligencia artificial a WhatsApp, lo diremos primero aquí y en su primera respuesta.
Cuando navegas, hay dos cosas distintas. Por un lado, para que la web se cargue, nuestro proveedor de alojamiento y el que entrega ciertas librerías reciben tu dirección IP y el tipo de navegador. Eso ocurre siempre, porque es lo que hace falta para servirte la página, y no depende de las cookies. Por otro lado, si aceptas las cookies de analítica, además registramos qué páginas visitas y cómo interactúas con ellas.
No recogemos datos de categorías especiales y no te pedimos ninguno. Si nos escribes información de salud u otros datos sensibles por iniciativa propia, la usaremos solo para responderte y la eliminaremos cuando deje de ser necesaria.
1.3 Para qué los usamos y con qué base legal
Para responderte y darte el presupuesto, la estimación o el resultado que has pedido. Base legal: tu consentimiento, y la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya.

No usamos tus datos para publicidad de terceros, no los vendemos y no los cedemos a nadie para sus propios fines.
1.4 Quién más lo trata
Para funcionar necesitamos algunos proveedores. Solo tratan tus datos siguiendo nuestras instrucciones:
Google (Analytics, Sheets y Gmail), Netlify (alojamiento de la web), DigitalOcean (donde corre nuestro sistema de automatización), Cloudflare (entrega de librerías de la web), Telegram (aviso interno cuando llega una consulta; el aviso puede incluir lo que has escrito) y Anthropic (el servicio de inteligencia artificial, llamado Claude, que genera las respuestas del chat de la web).
WhatsApp es un servicio de Meta. Meta trata los mensajes según sus propias condiciones y su política de privacidad, como con cualquier mensaje de WhatsApp, y no solo siguiendo nuestras instrucciones.
Importante y conviene decirlo claro: lo que escribas en el chat de la web se envía a un proveedor externo de inteligencia artificial para poder generar la respuesta. Lo que nos escribes por WhatsApp, no. Si prefieres no usar el chat, escríbenos por WhatsApp o a info@walkyatriai.com.
Algunos de estos proveedores están fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. Esas transferencias se amparan en las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea.
1.5 Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Los datos de contacto que nos dejas se conservan mientras dure la relación y, después, 24 meses desde el último contacto, por si retomas la conversación. Pasado ese plazo se eliminan.
Las conversaciones del chat de la web se conservan 12 meses.
Los mensajes de WhatsApp se quedan en el WhatsApp de nuestro teléfono y los conservamos igual que tus datos de contacto: 24 meses desde el último contacto.
Los datos de analítica se conservan 14 meses.
Si nos pides que borremos tus datos antes, los borramos antes.
1.6 Tus derechos
Puedes pedirnos en cualquier momento acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos, suprimirlos, limitar su tratamiento, oponerte a él o llevártelos a otro proveedor. También puedes retirar tu consentimiento cuando quieras, sin que eso afecte a lo que hicimos antes de retirarlo.
Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos escribe a info@walkyatriai.com indicando cuál quieres ejercer. Te responderemos en el plazo de un mes.
Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). Te agradeceríamos que nos lo dijeras antes, para intentar resolverlo.
1.7 Seguridad y cambios
La web se sirve siempre por conexión cifrada y el acceso a los datos está limitado a quien necesita usarlos para atenderte. Ningún sistema es infalible, pero si ocurriera una brecha que afecte a tus derechos te lo comunicaríamos.
Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma página con su fecha.

1.1 Controller

1.2 What data we collect
We collect only what you give us and what your visit generates.
The contact form, the calculator and the visibility test each ask for a name (yours or your business's) and either a phone number or an email address. One of the two is enough. The contact form also asks for your business name, your website if you have one, the type of business, an answer to one multiple-choice question and how you would like us to get in touch. The calculator and the test attach a short summary of your result: the test sends your business name, your area and your score, and the calculator sends the business type, the figures you entered and the estimate worked out from them.
The site chat works differently. If you write in it, we receive whatever you send and when you sent it, plus a random session ID and the page you were on. You should know this up front: whoever answers you in the site chat is an AI assistant, not a person. If you would rather speak to a person, message us on WhatsApp or email info@walkyatriai.com.
Messages to our WhatsApp number (+34 692 10 84 95) are answered by a person at WalkYatriAI. We see your phone number and whatever you send, and the messages stay in the WhatsApp app on our phone. WhatsApp is a Meta service and carries them, as with any WhatsApp chat. They do not go through our automation system or any AI service. If we ever add an AI assistant to WhatsApp, we will say so here first, and in its first reply.
Browsing is a separate matter and two different things happen. To serve the page at all, our hosting provider and the provider that delivers certain libraries receive your IP address and browser type. That always happens, because serving you the page requires it, and it does not depend on cookies. If you also accept analytics cookies, we additionally record which pages you visit and how you interact with them.
We do not collect special category data and we never ask for any. If you send us health information or other sensitive data on your own initiative, we will use it only to reply to you and delete it once it is no longer needed.
1.3 What we use it for and the lawful basis
To reply to you and give you the quote, estimate or result you asked for. Lawful basis: your consent, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
To answer your messages: in the site chat, where an AI assistant replies, and on WhatsApp, where a person does. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent, which you give by writing to us after reading this notice.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes.
1.4 Who else processes it
We need a handful of providers to operate. They handle your data only on our instructions:
Google (Analytics, Sheets and Gmail), Netlify (website hosting), DigitalOcean (where our automation system runs), Cloudflare (delivery of website libraries), Telegram (an internal alert when an enquiry arrives; the alert may include what you wrote) and Anthropic (the AI service, called Claude, that writes the replies in the site chat).
WhatsApp itself belongs to Meta. Meta handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy, as it does for any WhatsApp message, and not only on our instructions.
Worth saying plainly: what you type into the site chat goes to an external AI provider so a reply can be written. What you send us on WhatsApp does not. If you would rather not use the chat, message us on WhatsApp or email info@walkyatriai.com.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
1.5 How long we keep it
Contact details you leave us are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for 24 months from our last contact, in case you pick the conversation back up. After that they are deleted.
Site chat conversations are kept for 12 months.
WhatsApp messages stay in the WhatsApp app on our phone, and we keep them like your contact details: for 24 months from our last contact.
Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we delete it sooner.
1.6 Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to that use, or take it to another provider. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@walkyatriai.com saying which one you want. We will reply within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We would appreciate hearing from you first so we can try to put it right.
1.7 Security and changes
The site is always served over an encrypted connection and access to data is limited to whoever needs it to deal with your enquiry. No system is infallible, but if a breach occurred that affected your rights we would tell you.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.

1.2 Welke gegevens we verzamelen
We verzamelen alleen wat je ons zelf geeft en wat je bezoek oplevert.
Vul je het contactformulier, de calculator of de zichtbaarheidstest in, dan krijgen we je naam of de naam van je bedrijf, plus een telefoonnummer of e-mailadres. Een van de twee is genoeg. Het contactformulier vraagt daarnaast om de naam van je bedrijf, je website als je er een hebt, het type bedrijf, het antwoord op één meerkeuzevraag en hoe je het liefst benaderd wordt. Calculator en test sturen ook een korte samenvatting van je uitkomst mee. Bij de test zijn dat de bedrijfsnaam, de wijk en de score. Bij de calculator het type bedrijf, de cijfers die je zelf hebt ingevuld en de schatting die daaruit komt.
Schrijf je in de chat op de site, dan krijgen we wat je daar stuurt en wanneer je het stuurde, plus een willekeurig sessienummer en de pagina waar je op zat. Dit zeggen we er meteen bij: in die chat antwoordt een AI-assistent, geen mens. Praat je liever met een mens, stuur ons dan een bericht via WhatsApp of mail naar info@walkyatriai.com.
Een bericht naar ons WhatsApp-nummer (+34 692 10 84 95) wordt beantwoord door een mens van WalkYatriAI. We zien je telefoonnummer en wat je ons stuurt, en de berichten blijven staan in de WhatsApp-app op onze telefoon. Ze lopen via WhatsApp, een dienst van Meta, zoals bij elk WhatsApp-gesprek. Ze gaan niet door ons automatiseringssysteem en ook niet naar een AI-dienst. Voegen we ooit een AI-assistent toe aan WhatsApp, dan laten we dat eerst hier weten, en ook in het eerste antwoord van die assistent.
Als je de site bekijkt, gebeuren er twee verschillende dingen.
Ten eerste: om de pagina überhaupt bij je te krijgen, zien onze hostingprovider en de aanbieder die bepaalde technische bibliotheken levert je IP-adres en het type browser. Dat gebeurt altijd. Zonder die gegevens kan een pagina nu eenmaal niet bij je bezorgd worden, dus dit staat los van cookies.
Ten tweede: accepteer je de analytische cookies, dan houden we daarnaast bij welke pagina's je bezoekt en hoe je ermee omgaat.
We verzamelen geen bijzondere persoonsgegevens en we vragen er ook nooit om. Stuur je ons uit jezelf gezondheidsinformatie of andere gevoelige gegevens, dan gebruiken we die alleen om je te antwoorden en verwijderen we ze zodra ze niet meer nodig zijn.

Om te kunnen werken hebben we een aantal leveranciers nodig. Zij treden op als verwerker en gaan alleen volgens onze instructies met je gegevens om:

Dit zeggen we liever meteen ronduit: wat je in de chat op de site typt, gaat naar een externe AI-aanbieder, die er het antwoord mee opstelt. Wat je ons via WhatsApp stuurt, gaat daar niet naartoe. Gebruik je de chat liever niet, stuur ons dan een bericht via WhatsApp of mail naar info@walkyatriai.com.
Een deel van deze leveranciers zit buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. Die doorgifte gebeurt op basis van de standaardcontractbepalingen die de Europese Commissie heeft goedgekeurd.
1.5 Hoe lang we ze bewaren
De contactgegevens die je bij ons achterlaat, bewaren we zolang het contact loopt en daarna nog 24 maanden na ons laatste contact, voor het geval je de draad weer oppakt. Daarna verwijderen we ze.
Gesprekken in de chat op de site bewaren we 12 maanden.
WhatsApp-berichten blijven staan in de WhatsApp-app op onze telefoon. We bewaren ze net als je contactgegevens: 24 maanden na ons laatste contact.
Analytische gegevens bewaren we 14 maanden.
Vraag je ons om je gegevens eerder te wissen, dan wissen we ze eerder.
1.6 Jouw rechten
Je kunt ons op elk moment vragen om inzage in je gegevens, om ze te laten corrigeren of verwijderen, om de verwerking ervan te beperken, om bezwaar te maken tegen die verwerking, of om je gegevens over te dragen aan een andere aanbieder (gegevensoverdraagbaarheid). Je kunt je toestemming ook altijd intrekken. Dat heeft geen invloed op de verwerking die al heeft plaatsgevonden voordat je je toestemming introk.
Wil je een van deze rechten gebruiken, mail dan naar info@walkyatriai.com en zet erbij om welk recht het gaat. We reageren binnen een maand.
Vind je dat we niet goed met je gegevens zijn omgegaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Spaanse toezichthouder, de Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es). We horen het graag eerst zelf, dan kunnen we proberen het op te lossen.
1.7 Beveiliging en wijzigingen
De site loopt altijd over een versleutelde verbinding en alleen wie je gegevens nodig heeft om je te helpen, kan erbij. Geen enkel systeem is waterdicht, maar als er een datalek zou zijn dat gevolgen heeft voor jouw rechten, laten we je dat weten.
Wijzigen we dit beleid, dan zetten we de nieuwe versie op deze pagina, met de datum erbij.
